Step 9, Filled Jars waiting their turn in the Pressure Cooker

The pressure cooker can handle 7 quarts at a time. So these filled jars wait for their turn in the pressure cooker. It takes about 15 minutes to get the pressure cooker up to 10 pounds pressure, 25 minutes of cooking and 15 minutes to cool. So each batch of 7 quarts takes a little over and hour to finish. At this point, 2 batches have been cooked, 1 is in the cooker and the rest wait their turn.
