Step 17, Mark and Freeze

After the boxes have been filled we place the lid securely on the box. We mark the year and sometimes the variety of peach we picked. Place them in the freezer separated so they can freeze faster. The next day you can stack them tighter after they have frozen. We use our boxes year after year until they wear out so you can see some old markings.
