Step 8, Blend the Scraps and too Soft Pears

While we work with the pears, some of the pears seem to be too soft or have to be carved up removing bad spots. We set these aside to be used making pear nectar. I add enough syrup to make the blending possible. I pour the blended pears into a kettle. We add sufficient sugar suitable to our taste.
