Tools We Use to Can Relish
Steam Canner, Tool 5
We use the Steam Canner to process the relish. You can use a water bath canner
for this step. We prefer to use the steam canner because it uses less water and
heats much faster. It also has much less weight to carry to fill and empty
because it uses only a couple of pints of water.
