Water Bath Canner

Non-low acid food and many jams can be canned with a water bath canner.

This 21.5-quart enameled steel pot with lid and wire rack is 14" in diameter and 12.5" high with its lid on. It will hold seven quart jars or 9-pint jars at a time.
