Canola Oil (Rape Seed Oil)

China produces and uses a lot of this oil. A product of rapeseed it is know as rapeseed oil in China. We give it a more politically correct name in this country as Canola Oil. It is used in Chinese cooking because it does not smoke at high temperatures.
