Tong Yuen (Black Sesame Seed)

This Tong Yuen is a ball of sweetened Black Sesame Seed paste encased in a glutinous rice ball. We serve it as a dessert at the end of our meal. Each guest is served 1 or 2 of the Tong Yuen balls.
