Sesame Seed Oil

We use sesame seed oil when we make Chinese noodles. After the noodles have been boiled to the proper tenderness and drained in a colander we place them in a bowl and pour a quarter cup of sesame seed oil. The oil does two things. First, it adds a distinct flavor to the noodles. Second, it prevents the noodles from sticking together in lumps.
