4 Large Potatoes (about 4 pounds)
1/2 Cup 2% Milk
1/4 Cup Butter (1/2 Cube)
1 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 and 1/2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes
6 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds

We ended up with 49 Potato Puffs.
