4 Eggs
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup 2% Milk
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 and 1/2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Cooked Ham
3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Green Onions

This made 12 quiches in a 12 cup muffin pan.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project.
