Making Fiesta Casserole
Ready to Eat The Fiesta Casserole is ready to eat. The edges look a little browner than we would like but our Sunday School class gobbled it up "Con Mucho Gusto." It was a big hit. We served it with some sour cream to put on the top. The little left over we will eat tonight. Yum Yum.
