21. Sort Meat/Bones

After about 2 and half hours we took out the bone and the large pieces of ham. Of course if you used ham pieces you can just skip this step. However, using the ham bone solved the problem what to do with the bone. Here we have separated the bones and any large pieces of fat from the meat. Bernice checks the bone for any remaining pieces of ham still sticking to the bone.
