Measure Flour/Baking Soda

We measure out 2 cups of flour, add the 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt and then sift it into the wet mix. We suggest you mix in half the flour first and get that mixed up well before you add the next batch of flour (3 1/2 Cups a total of 5 1/2 cups). If salt is a problem for you you can omit the salt.
