Peanut Butter Cookies
Fill the Sifter with Flour We fill our flour sifter about 3/4 the way full with flour. We sit the sifter in a mixing bowl to catch any flour that falls through. It is a good idea to sift flour. It fluffs up the flour and breaks up any clumps. We keep our flour in a big gallon jar with a tight sealed lid. Keeps out both moisture and bugs. The spices we will add are close at hand.
