Rolling out the Dough

That makes it sound like giving money in large amounts to some one, doesn't it? Put some of the dough in a lump in the middle of the board. Flour up your hands and using your hands the flatten out the dough a little. Then lightly flour the top of the dough and use the roller to roll out the dough to between quarter inch and a half inch, your choice. Half inch is easier to handle. If the roller sticks or picks up the dough try some more flour dusting.
