Pumpkin Cheesecake Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients Needed

2 Cups Crushed Vanilla Wafers (About 56)
1/4 Cup Melted Margarine (Butter if Preferred)
2 (8 Oz) Packages Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
4 eggs
1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
9 inch Springform Pan



This recipe produces a 9 inch cheesecake

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package had enough for what you are cooking. Sometimes the sugar is too empty.
