Step 12 - Test the Product
You certainly would not want to impose your custard on your unsuspecting family without testing the product. Here Bernice sacrifices her body doing a test on the finished product. The custard is splendid warm or cold. You may feel the just one custard is not a sufficient test. If so a second may reassure you have done a good job.
Years ago we kept bees. When a package of 3 pounds of bees and a queen arrived in the mail it always came with instructions. At the end of the instructions it stated: "This is how we have done it successfully. If you know a better way use your way." That is good advice.On to Step 1 Back to Step 11
