17. Add Eggs

We crack each of our 4 eggs one at a time into a small dish. Make sure no shells sneak into the bowl. Slide each egg one at a time into the mixer and mix it up. Call a halt to the mixing and do the next egg in the same way until all 4 eggs are in the mixer and mixed up.
