Step Nine, Add Eggs to Milk Mixture

Add the eggs to the pudding mixture. Be sure to stir as you add the eggs. This will prevent lumps of eggs as it mixes with the hot pudding. Some lumps do not cause any problems. After adding the eggs bring the mixture again to a boil and then turn down the heat to simmer for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
