21. Into the Oven

We put our muffin pan on top of a cookie sheet and into the oven that was preheated to 425 degrees (F). The cookie sheet under the muffin tin will help prevent the bottom from cooking too much (burning) as the rest bakes. It will need to bake 20 to 25 minutes. Take a peek as the time nears 20 minutes. Take out when a toothpick in the center comes out dry. See step 22.
