18. Roll out Dough

Put the dough (it will be somewhat sticky at this time) on your rolling board. Our marble board and roller was a gift to Paul on his birthday by his son. Dust the top of the pile of dough well with flour using the sifter again. Using your hands press somewhat flat the dough. We use a table knife to shape the dough into a square as shown. We next use our marble roller to roll out the dough evenly to about 3/4 inch thick.
