Beat the Eggs

With the blending done it was time to beat the eggs. We use our hand mixer Paul bought from Goodwill Industries 45 years ago for 5 cents. He had to fashion a handle for it. We were a little poorer then. It does the job. Mix the eggs up well. I always remember a sign I saw at an farmer's stand. "You can whip our cream but you can't beat our fresh eggs."
