22. Roll, Cut Dough

We roll out the ball of dough to about an 1/8 of an inch thick. Then using a table knife we cut it into narrow strips. Carefully lifting each strip we begin to place them on top of our blackberries for form a lattice. Take your time and have fun. You may need to patch some strips together. Use a little water to help this patching. Have fun, it doesn't have to be perfect.
