Making Deep Dish Blackberry Pie

24. Finished Product

The top has turned a golden brown. We removed it from the oven and placed it on a wire rack to cool. This pie will be a gift to Bernice's brother, Rodney Chase. Paul used some left over pieces of crust to make a "C" for decoration. We will present it to him and eat it at the football game between Oregon and LSU soon in September of 2011.
