4 Cups of Sliced, Peeled Apples We used Granny Smith Apples
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Flour
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 Tablespoons Butter (about 1/2 inch of a cube)
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon 2% Milk

Above required for one 9 inch pie. We decided to try a frozen prepared bottom crust and a prepared rolled top crust. The crusts came in packages of 2 so we made 2 apple pies.

Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project.
