Next Paul cuts the strips into 1/4 inch cubes. We like our beef in small pieces. Years ago we kept bees. From time to time we would buy 3 pound packages of bees. They came with instructions to install the bees. I remember the last sentence in the instructions. It read: "If you know a better way please use that." Good advice!
