Scald the Milk

Put the milk into a pan so you can scald the milk. Scalding is raising temperature of the milk to just before boiling. You will need to stir to evenly heat the milk. When it is hot enough add the cinnamon, nutmeg, slowly add the sugar and the melted margarine. Mix well with a spoon.
