2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar (packed)
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

4 Cups Diced Apples
Now we often make a double batch, same amount of work but twice the results. We
