Making Gingerbread Men
Measure out Soft Shortening Paul's Mom taught this to him some 70 years ago. We need 1 1/3 cups of shortening, so we put in 3/4 cup of cold water in the 2 cup measuring cup and add shortening until the water level get to the 2 cup level.
