Step Three, Divide Ball

Whether we will make a one or two crust pie the ball needs to be divided into two parts. We make our pies in 9 inch pies because the recipe ingredients call for a pie of that size. I use a sharp knife to cut the ball. Set the two halves back into the bowl.
