Making Peach Pies

For 9" Pie
Mix together 7/8 Cup Sugar
5 Tablespoons Flour
Mix lightly with sugar and /flour 4 cups Fresh sliced Peaches
Pour into Pastry lined pan
Dot with 2 Tablespoons butter
  1. Cover with top crust.
  2. Bake at 425 F for about 35-45 minutes
  3. Or until crust is nicely browned and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
  4. For well-baked browned under crust choose pie pans of Pyrex glass or Aluminum pans with shiny finish.
  5. Serve slightly warm, not hot.
