Making Popovers - Step 2

Fill the Cups

Using a one cup measuring cup we filled the muffin tin. We first had oiled the tin using canola oil and wiping the sides with a paper towel. We filled each cup a little over half way. By putting the bottom of the cup over an adjacent hole we helped to not spill on the top of the muffin pan.
