Add Eggs and Sugar to Shortening

First beat the eggs. Then put the shortening, eggs, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Using the back of a large tablespoon mix everything up as best you can. Some of the smaller lumps of shortening will need to wait until you put some of the flour in the bowl.
