Snickerdoodle Cookies -- Step 4

Sift in 3 Cups Flour

We next measure out 3 cups of flour into our sifter. To that we add 4 teaspoons of cream of tartar, 2 teaspoons of soda and 1 of salt. Then we sift all that into the wet mix.
