Our First New Home

This tract home had been built in a new subdivision in Hayward. In this picture we have not yet done any of the brick work you see in later pictures. The mortgage interest amounted to 3.25 percent and Paul used his military service to obtain the purchase. We have not made the curtains or drapes yet either.
