They Explain the Situation According to the doctors, 18 minutes after the shot on the wrist I fell to the floor. When they got to me I had no pulse, no blood pressure and breathing had stopped. And they were worried, very worried. It took 6.5 minutes to get the heart going again and some 18 minutes to regain consciousness. After a while on the floor they moved me to a gurney. They then sent someone to get Bernice. It was most fortunate that she had not come with me or they might have had two patients. They got me into a car and off to the hospital we went. They kept asking me how I felt and I replied I really didn't know. All my nerves were totally shot. I didn't know what was wrong.An Angel Answers At the hospital I asked the Lord that for help and immediately an Angel sent a memory of a song that flashed through my mind, "What needless pain you suffer, because you need to take it to the Lord in Prayer." I told the Lord I needed help but I didn't know what was happening to me or what was wrong but that I needed help. Almost at once I fell into a deep sleep and slept for almost 20 hours. When I awoke I felt much better and back in my right mind.
I Leave the Hospital after a Month The Chief Doctor of the Hospital came to see me when I was leaving. She told me several things. First, that, "I was lucky, that we don't save many in your condition." Second, "I was the only one in that hospital that was going to leave the hospital alive." Most were old Communist Stalwarts who had advanced cases of emphysema and were on oxygen. She did prescribe a years supply of multi-vitamins for me which my Boss paid for. The total costs for the month? One hundred Dollars US and my Chinese boss paid that.
