Wood Hyacinth or Bluebells

Endymion non-scriptus (Scilla nonscripta) English Bluebell Or Wood Hyacinth

Grows to 1 foot high with fragrant, bell-shaped flowers in purple blue and white. They resemble hyacinths, but are taller, with loser flower clusters and fewer, narrower leaves. Most dealers still sell them as Scilla. We brought these over from our house in Royaldel Lane in Springfield. They are growing in the front yard next to the garage. They like full sun or part shade. They thrive in pots and make excellent use in cuttings.
