White Thyme

Thymus arcticus Ground cover. Forms flat mat, upright branches 2-6 inches high. Roundish, 1/4 inch long, dark green, aromatic leaves. Leaves can be used in seasoning and in potpourris. We have one plant in the front yard. Planted in 2001. Since planting it has quadrupled in size and now has bloomed.
