Trillium

Trillium Lilaceae Perennial. Early spring-blooming plant. Whorl of 3 leaves tops each stem, and from center of these springs a single flower with 3 maroon or white petals. Leave them alone and they will gradually increase. This one voluntarily appeared near our heat pump and some are in our big circle. Every year hundreds of these spring up in our lower pasture.
