Roof Improvement

The shop had a leaking problem. The roof cap had not been installed properly. It did not extend far enough. When it rained with a wind, the wind would blow water up and into the attic. To solve the problem we added a flashing of aluminum 18 inches to the cap to cover more of the roof. We also put a bead in the trough so water would have a more difficult time to reach into the attic.
