Noll Computer Software MSN Messenger
We use the Messenger to have conversations with the people we work with in
China at the Foreign Expert Bureau. It allows us to have our two-way verbal
conversation and use the web cam feature of MSN Messenger. In that way we can
see each other on the messenger while we talk. You can see and talk at no cost.
