Removable Hard Drive System

Here you can see our removable hard drive sitting in its bay in the computer. A key shown turns it on and off. Only turn it on and off while the computer is turned off, however. A hand grip allows you to pull the hard drive out of the case. I have several of these and put a label to show which drive sits inside. In this case a 300 GB drive (Drive E). This back up will be kept offsite for recovery. It is the third hard drive in the computer. A second hard drive also 300GB in hard wired inside (Drive D). Drive C is an 80 GB SATA 7200 RPM.
