Tea and Soup

Each lunch starts off with a tea pot. When empty just open lid and leave it open and it will be refilled. After tea come a bowl of egg flower soup complete with mushrooms and water chestnuts. Silverware is provided and chopsticks if requested. Having lived in China for some ten years we most often use chopsticks.
