Boiler Bay, Oregon Coast 5. View From Boiler Bay The day Bernice and I visited Boiler Bay the sea had gone wild and breakers could be seen everywhere. Also that day up near Tillamook at Tillamook Bay a boat capsized in the mouth of the bay and 9 people drowned. Eight wore life vests and others saved their lives.
