4. Yuzen Japanese Restaurant

Yuzen is a superb Japanese restaurant owned and operated by Mr. Hanamoto and his family. This is my favorite restaurant, serving fresh, well-prepared cuisine with a variety of delightful, homemade sauces. There is a sushi bar with a wide variety of fresh, authentic sushi and sashimi.

Try the Ten Don (five tempura prawns over rice with sauce), which is simply delectable. Their teriyaki sauce is also wonderful. The ambiance is a bit odd: Japanese décor in what used to be an English-style restaurant, so you'll see knights in the stained glass windows. But the service is excellent and the staff very accommodating and welcoming.
