Rape Seed Farming

Shown in this picture is a field of rapeseed. In the background you can see many more rapeseed fields from its distinctive bright yellow color. Rapeseed is pressed for its oil. The Chinese do much cooking with oil. Rapeseed oil is well known for the fact that it can be heated to high temperatures without smoking. In the west it is known as Canola oil.
