Airport Tax

In China at every airport there is an airport tax. It is a little different in the USA in that the tax is included in your ticket price. However in China the tax is separate. Be sure you pay for your airport tax and get a tax receipt. You need to show it when you pass through security. If you forget they will send you back for it and then another wait. The price varies at different airports. This airport is 90 Yuan, about $11 US. Each person must pay. In China nothing is official unless there is a red seal on the document. Note this has 3 red stamps. The Chinese have perfected bureaucracy to a high degree.
