Visit to Sam Yu's Family
in Huoshan, Anhui, China

1. Lucy Ma and Sam Yu

Lucy Ma and Sam Yu, both students of Paul's class at SIAS University, had assisted and planned our trip to Hefei where Sam lived. Both students have good skills with English and participated often and well in Paul's class. Sam had indicated he planned to go home after classes finished and invited Bernice and me to go with him. Sam's dad owned a printing plant near Hefei and we decided to visit there on the way home from SIAS University. Lucy had planned to go with us but couldn't go due to some personal business. She did arrange for our tickets on the train to Hefei and saw us off on the train. We met them at the train station after our visit with James Moo family. James' uncle drove us to the train station to meet Sam and Lucy. Lucy has checked our luggage to go as freight and helped us board the train.
