Our Trip to Loashan

We traveled to Loashan (Mount Lao) as guests of the Chinese National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Oceanology and limnology. We enjoyed our visit there. They sent us in a car to the mountain. We then climbed to the top of the mountain with two of the scientists at the institute. He we relax by the side of the road. The peasants do a lot of quarrying and then bring their slabs down to the road to be trucked away.
