14. Ocean at Qingdao

We visited the Oceanology Institute research ship moored on a pier in Qingdao. We had traveled up from Shanghai on an Ocean going large passenger ship. The institute met us at the dock when we arrived. One of our students Hua Maosun had invited us to visit Qingdao.
